Robert is currently the Chief of the Hosting Services Division at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, where he leads a team that provides a multi-cloud, multi-vendor ecosystem of cloud-based services and solutions to the federal judiciary. He is also the founder of the Federal Courts Software Factory, a centralized development and deployment environment that uses automation and standardized processes to develop software applications.
